Optimal provides Non-Emergency Medical Transport (NEMT), local and long distance.  We are sourced for discharges, medically necessary transports to and from Dr appointments, surgeries, dialysis, other clinics and situations that can be challenging in nature.  We transport to and from various  types of nursing facilities and private residences.  We operate a division that specializes in acute transports.  Individuals that are bedridden and non-weight bearing, bariatric and situations that involve ascending or descending stairs.  All these are completed in a timely, safe and with an unsurpassed level of care for the person being transported.
